You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Access codes and credits
Parts of the Service may be made available through access codes, credits, or similar mechanisms. Unless we expressly state otherwise, access codes and credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, and may be modified or revoked at our discretion.

When you use address search and mapping features, you also agree to the Google Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
6. No professional advice
The Service provides information and analysis for preliminary research only. It is not legal, architectural, engineering, financial, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for verification with the relevant city, county, or other authority.
